Both frequencies are in HFCC as IBB in ``bod``, 11695 500 kW, 75 degrees from DHA = UAE, and 11745 250 kW, 78 degrees from KUWAIT. Bod means a dialect of Tibetan, of course. And Aoki shows the jammees are really R. Free Asia in the Amdo dialect of Tibetan. Are those the same? EiBi lists no Bod, but 800,000 speakers of Amdo. The other main dialect is Kham (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LSITENING DIGEST)
