** ALBANIA. 9855-, July 24 at 2348 check, very poor signal from R. Tirana in
Albanian, but can tell at least that it`s still hummy (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)
** CUBA. 17730, July 25 at 1424, RHC music is
overmodulated and distorted. Same situation on very strong // 15370 and 11760,

distorted (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** UGANDA [non].
15239.9, Sunday July 24 at 1710, WWRB with nice African music, but like
yesterday, the carrier is cutting off and on frequently and irregularly, mostly
off at the moment. Also seems to be slightly unstable, wavering frequency. 1718
switches to presumed Luganda talk from Radio Munansi. 1720 suddenly switches to
folk music in English, English talk ``Why did you do it, Johnny?``, ``I`m on my
way`` --- as if tuning around to a different webfeed input. 1722 back to
Luganda, still cutting off and on, also deep almost fade-outs. 1728 stays on
past 1730, 1732 off and on again. By 1745 seems to be off and staying off, but
next check 1837 in Luganda talk stays on with lo-fi audio (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)
