** EGYPT. 9899.590, Nov 22 at 2111, big carrier with het/tone, into UTWente, at first in Synch mode displaying as 9899.291 but ``not locked``. Jiggling a bit, it does lock as the first frequency above. 2115 trace of suptorted music, 4+1 timesignal cuts thru at least 30 seconds late --- but probably from studio recording, rather than a truly accurate source, rather like the opening of VORW. HFCC has IRRS registered entire B21 season from ``MIL``. Does not show on NEXUS-IBA program schedule but think it never did anyway, very undetailed and otherwise not updated.
