Jiggling a bit, it does lock as the first frequency above. 2115 trace of suptorted music, 4+1 timesignal cuts thru at least 30 seconds late --- but probably from studio recording, rather than a truly accurate source, rather like the opening of VORW. ** TURKEY [non]. 5960, Nov 22 at 2330, not a trace of VOT English into UTwente, which must be AWOL again, rather Chinese at S9, which is PBS Xinjiang, Urumqi, land of imperialist Chinese genocide against Uyghurs and other Moslems; and now it`s not off-frequency but right on .000.
