mostly quiet on January 31, February 11 - 12, 15, 22 - 24
quiet to unsettled on January 29 - 30, February 1, 3, 6, 9, 13
quiet to active on February 2, 7 - 8, 14, 18 - 21
active to disturbed on February 16 - 17

Amplifications of the solar wind are expected on February (2 - 3,)
5 - 7, 15 - 16, 20 - 21.
