to mind Voice of Tibet via Tajikistan. Weak as this is, it`s stronger than JBA
carriers on 7345 and 7350, neither of which has any listings likely to account
for a variant to 7348. And nothing on 7348 exactly in latest Aoki Jan 24 or EiBi
Jan 20. Searching my archive on 7348 gets no significant hits in past triyear,
