Geomagnetic
activity forecast for the period November 27 - December 3,
2015
Geomagnetic field is currently quiet, local K-index was at he
Budkov
observatory at the lowest value (K=0 last two days).
First half of
forecasted week, we expect quiet to unsettled conditions.
The second one, the
activity should be at range of quiet and unsettled
level only with one active
episode. The active episode is expectable at
Dec 1-2 and should be caused by
positively charged coronal hole stream.
But for the Budkov observatory, we
expect K=4 at the start of december.
Last day, return to quiet to unsettled
conditions is probable.

activity forecast for the period November 27 - December 22,
2015
Geomagnetic field will be:
quiet on November 27 - 28, December 17
- 22
mostly quiet on December 13, 16
quiet to unsettled on November 29,
December 9, 11 - 12
quiet to active on December 2 - 5, 7 - 8, 10, 14 -

present solar cycle phase.
- Parenthesis means lower probability of activity
enhancement.
