allegedly scheduled on Sundays only; nor any RHC on the other 6 MHz frequencies.
There is however a JBA signal on 6100, but don`t see how it could be Habana.
Probably 250 kW ND KCBS P`yongyang, which you will find in Aoki until 0905, but
never in HFCC. Sunset there was 0818 UT;
still
hasn`t revised local time from UT+9 to UT +8:30.
Next scheduled Esperanto
from RHC is Sunday 1600 on 11760; and that is confirmed opening at 1601. Third
broadcast is Sundays at 2230 on 17730 ex-15370 (other days:
French).
17730, Nov 22 at 1514, RHC is off 17730 and 17580, but still on
17750. Ivo`s version of the B-15 schedule shows 17730 and 17750 are supposed to
stay on until 1600, only 17580 closing at 1500. Perhaps the RadioCuba operators
need to consult that. The others listed in the 15-16 hour, 9640, 9820, 11760,

** KOREA SOUTH. 6003.0, Nov 22 at 0714, very poor talk and music.
On this unique frequency, has to be Echo of Hope, from South to North Korea, 100
kW ND from Hwaesong, about an hour before sunset there, but on air per Aoki from
0555 to 2400, plus 250 kW of Juche jamming unheard now. BBC is finished with
