Broadcast aux on 25-26 MHz

Now at sporadic E peak, keep an ear out for broadcast auxiliaries in the 25-26 MHz band. Very little activity lately and most of these now in EiBi may well be off for a few years. Typically they are turned on only when needed, such as ``talkback`` during a remote event, so hosts may get non-delayed program audio.

Now around 2000 UT June 15, when WWV is also in on 25000, I have an open carrier on 25950, which once was used in Denver. Usually FM mode but without mod it may seem like AM.
