A runover from the previous hour? No, the only BBC usage left of 15420 in A-14 is Somali at 1400-1500 via SOUTH AFRICA, plus Saturdays from 1300, per Aoki (EiBi implies the 14-15 hour is Sun-Fri only and so does HFCC, but doesn`t show anything on Saturdays).
