Nov 11 at 1920 there is RHC // 11760 but an echo apart, also // 12040, 11730, 11690 but at this time not heard on 15360/15370/15380/15390. 15230 was a prime RHC frequency until abandoned many years ago; not clear why Arnie would move 15390 back to 15230 now.
In fact, it`s on as early as 1411 Nov 12, QRMing CRI English via Sackville which has been on this B-season frequency for years! CRI way on top, but I manage to // the QRM audio underneath with 15360 an echo apart at 1450, when the 15230 RHC signal has gained a little on CRI; Commies vs Commies! 15230 may have seemed attractive as nothing else is scheduled there 15-22, but CRI is on it at 13-15 and Australia at 22-24, so RHC should only use it between 15 and 22.
Perhaps RHC is still experimenting, as Nov 10 at 1138, Mark the Dark Coady in Ontario logged RHC on a slightly different unlisted frequency, 15235 // 6095.

I find it does show 15230 now in Spanish: to Buenos Aires at 11-23 and 00-05, breaking for Portuguese in between.

So where on the radio may we hear news from KJRH-8 and KTUL-10? KRMG has added an FM relay, but not KFAQ, backward.
May I suggest that traffic reporting, at least, is more appropriate from radio stations to be quoted by TV stations, as there are few TVs in cars, and no one can hear `channel 6` on FM any more. We hope some other time(s) on WBCQ can be found permanently.
We thought WOR was missing again from our only scheduled time on WWRB, UT Friday 0430 on 3185, since we checked the webcast first and were hearing Bible readings, but later on 3185 WOR was playing correctly. Seems the webcast was perhaps confused by the timeshift. WOR is supposed to be on the `stream` link, not the `stream2` link, but this time Bible was on both.
Also confirmed on WRMI Friday at 1530. Look for next airing Friday at new standard time of 2130 UT which means WWCR is on 7465 instead of 15825. 15 MHz has long range coverage, 7465 best at closer range, and should make for very good reception in most of North America, but how about Europe, Africa? Then on WWCR: Sat 1700 on 12160; UT Sun 0330 on 4840, 0730 on 3215, times now shifted one UT hour later.
Checking WWCR website for latest frequency changes, I see that the replacement for short-lived 3255 is not only 7465 at 23-01, but also 7490 at 01-02 --- that`s because VOA Spe-cial Eng-lish is already on 7465 at 0130-0200 Tue-Sat.
Furthermore, following complaints of QRMoscow on 7290, IRRS has changed the frequency at 19-20 to 6090, effective Nov 13, including WORLD OF RADIO at 1900 Saturdays. We hope this provides much better reception circa Europe; please evaluate it (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
