NEW FREQUENCY AND TIME FOR TEXAS RADIO SHORTWAVE’S THE MANY RADIO VOICES OF DR. TIM AND A RELAY OF EUROPIRATE RADIO IGLOO
The Many Radio Voices of Dr. Tim will be broadcast at 0000 UTC, February 13, on WRMI, 5950 kHz.
A relay of Swedish pirate station Radio Igloo will air a week later, February 20, at the same time and on the same frequency.
The broadcast of the Dr. Tim program replaces the one originally scheduled for February 14 on 5010 kHz. The Radio Igloo program was initially aired on WRMI earlier in the month.
These programs will air right before TRSW’s regular two-hour program block.
The Many Radio Voices of Dr. Tim catalogs 21 of the 45 different stations operated by the late German pirate Dr. Tim using off-air audio clips. Some of the stations featured are Radio Jingle Bells, Radio Carneval, Radio Sofa King, and Radio Republica da Banana.
Radio Igloo is a popular Europirate, mixing music by Swedish artists with information about the radio listening hobby. This is the third time TRSW’s relayed Radio Igloo.
