UNIDENTIFIED. 11620, Feb 24 at 1544, algo VG but off at 1545* before I can monitor further. Nothing scheduled at this hour after KSDA at 1400-1500. IIRC, 11620 used to be an All India Radio channel but not listed now. Searching EiBi and Aoki on -1545 can find a number of stations and transmissions on other frequencies ending at this odd hour, so maybe a new frequency for one of: FEBA Radio Pakistan in Pashto via Moldova; NHK Urdu via UAE; TWR Somali, and Arabic via Eswatini; Bangladesh Betar in Hindi; KTWR in Korean (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
