** U S A. 293 MCW kHz, Feb 27 at 0740 UT, TOR, 50-watt non-direxional beacon at Torrington, Wyoming, under but mixing with FBY, 25 watts at Fairbury, Nebraska, which is one of my regulars. I would say that despite being only second-adjacent, NE is my #1 state for NDBs. WY is also 2nd-adjacent, only CO between us.
