While listening to Radio Romania International last night - 0100-0200 UTC 6130khz to NAm East Coast, which comes over loud and clear where I am - it was announced right before the news that, effective Monday 25th January, the 0400-0500hrs UTC broadcast to India in English will air on 11790khz (analog frequency) and 13720khz (DRM).
