This week's programme starts with some piano Bagatelles by Beethoven and part of the Serenade in B flat major composed by Mozart. The piece 'Punctum' by contemporary composer Caroline Shaw comes next, followed by some of part of Tchaikovsy's violin concerto Op. 35. The electronic instrument the theremin features next in the Ed Wood Suite by Howard Shore. (Ed Wood was an eccentric producer of low budget black and white horror movies.) The last piece is Palestrina's Stabat Mater.
Channel 292 can be pulled live off the internet if the reception is poor in your location. Easy to find their site with a google search.
