Here in NB, I noted the new DoD MARS announcement over WWV/WWVH yesterday (20 April) evening at 22:10 UTC from WWV on 10 MHz. The current announcement is for the upcoming Wisconsin Army National Guard exercise SIMCOM Vital Connect Wisconsin 2019 (SIMCOM-VC 2019).
