Changes in the schedule of the "Voice of Russia"

In connection with the optimization of the load of technical means of the powerful MW and SW broadcasting the programs of FGBU GTRK Russian state radio company "the Voice of Russia" for autumn-winter period 2011-2012 year, beginning with January 1, 2012 broadcasting in the countries of Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, the Baltic states, Europe, the Caucasus, Central and South America, as well as in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova changed. Broadcasting to the Atlantic is removed in accordance with the programme schedule. The schedule for the rest of the directions (North America, Australia and New. Zealand) remains unchanged.
Stood out to me significant changes mention the following:
- programmes in Arabic shifted forward by 1 hour and now on the air in 1600-2100, and an hour 2200-2300 cancelled;
- added the morning hours of broadcasting in Kurdish language 0500-0600- 1314 kHz, evening moved back by one hour at 1500 - also 1314 + SW 5945, 7215;
- expanded considerably broadcasting in Turkish: added the morning block of 0100-0500 (the first two hours of 1314, then 1350 kHz), evening bloc became a three-hour, added an hour to 1300 on the two above-mentioned MW frequencies;
- there are changes in the schedule of broadcasting in English, in particular increased broadcasting on Middle East - added blocks 0100-0500, 1200-1300 and allocate 2100-2200.
In some cases changed the frequency of broadcasting on short wave. All the changes can be viewed on the Russian DX Portal in the section of the Voice of Russia (changes should be made already in the next couple of days).
In broadcasting in the Russian language will focus on the SW the schedule, where now are broadcast 24 hours a day, instead of the 23-year in the past year. It seems to me, and the number of frequencies a little grown up. Here is the schedule of the Russian service from January 1, 2012.
