I do not understand what the objective of CNR1 jamming on 15745 kHz til 14.00 UT is ? , 15737 to 15753 kHz wide range against Taiwanese SoH Mandarin ? likely ?
offer for the ENC fq management organization, there is a large free frequency range at 15720 and 15725 kHz in Russia and Central Asia at the same time slot 13, 14 UT.
