Anyhow2, also a reason to remind that due to the imposition of stupid DST March 13, as a running dog of Yanqui Imperialism, Habana goes from UT-5 to UT-4, affecting most of their SW timings, causing consternation abroad where the clox are not, yet wrecked. Thus begins a Biweek of Confusion until March 27 when most of Europe change their clox and not coincidentally the A-22 SW season begins, prompting further time and/or frequency changes; but Cuba usually takes another week or two to decide what to do; while Mexico, Australia and NZ don`t adhere to either date. Anyhow2, the first RHC English hour of the day traditionally moves one UT hour earlier to 19-20 UT but stays on same frequency, subject to usual switching and/or feed errors. (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

`FPUK` in 25 minutes has a broad roundup of stories from within and without Ukraine, including outsourced from AP and Reuters. It may seem inadequate for those of us watching MSNBC & CNN wall-to-wall. And it`s M-F only: as we all know, nothing ever happens on Sat/Sun. Anchor Steve Miller says from next week, March 14, time for it will advance a sesquihour to 1935 UT -- obviously 60 minutes of it due to imposition of EDT instead of EST, irrelevant abroad. Can WRMI accommodate that? I asked Jeff and he says they shall, 1935 still on 15770.
Miller utters ``ya/know`` over and over in an interview, as bad as Christiane Amanpour. He never mentions this being on SW now, unlike Steve Herman, W7VOA who twitted about it. For USAGM, SW is a low- priority almost-obsolete ``platform`` of possible use in the wilds of Africa.
Last story at 2126 is about a cameraman who was killed when the Kyiv TV tower was hit, altho it did not collapse. By now the signal via PEI is fading down; as at 2130 WRMI reverts to R. Prague in French.
R. Prague International was sacrificed for this but still has these other times on WRMI in English, per skedgrid: 1300/1200 except Sundays on 9955; daily 2330 on 5850; 0130 Tue-Sat on 5800; 0400/0300 daily on 9955; 0400 daily on 5800.
