and also \\ 15140 kHz S=8-9 or -68dBm at 16.12 UT on Jan 23.
and also the other azimuth direction at Adair Village in Oregon-US state western US state, of W7PUA KiwiSDR installation at

15140 kHz stronger than 11760 kHz,
S=9+20dB of -57dBm at 16.23 UT on Jan 23.
Esperanto px til approx. 16.28 UT, but from 16.29 UT seems I state change from Esperanto to pure Spanish language - likely.
