15600even kHz used now at 06.06 UT on May 10. Both S=9+10dB on sidelobe in Delhi India and Doha Qatar SDR's this morning. [selected SDR options, span 12.5 kHz RBW 15.3 Hertz]

Moved again to another Tashkent TX unit and appeared on odd frequency of 15599.835 kHz at 07.30 UT, S=9+10dB in Qatar and Delhi.
