Geomagnetic activity forecast for the period February 2 - February 8, 2018

Quiet: Feb 2 - 4, 8
Unsettled: Feb 4 - 7
Active:  unlikely Feb 5 - 6
Minor storm: 0
Major storm: 0
Severe storm: 0

Geomagnetic activity summary:

The solar activity is currently very low. Next three days (till February 4),
we expect quiet conditions. Since Sunday, February 4, unsettled
episodes are more probable although the geomagnetic activity increase
should not increase rapidly. The activity should stay at quiet to
unsettled level only the unsettled episodes should be frequenter. The last
day (Thursday, February 8), we expect quiet conditions return.
