From tentative B-13 registrations, I was expecting R. Chaski, 5980 to become blocked at 00-01 by VOA Tibetan via SRI LANKA, plus the inevitable ChiCom jamming. Thus I am not surprised at 0001 Nov 1 to hear not Spanish but fair signal in some tonal language, not Chinese, so it must really be VOA/SL. I can`t detect R.
