UNESCO World Radio Day’s theme this year is New World, New Radio, Evolution, Innovation and Connection. To expand, this means radio’s resilience and sustainability, innovation and adaptability to new technologies and radio’s role in society, for example in natural disasters, socio-economic crises, epidemics, etc. Radio stations and organisations around the world will be broadcasting special programmes.

Friday 26th and Saturday 27th February sees the 34th Annual Winter SWL Festival (USA). Online this year using Zoom. There will be a modest registration fee of US$5.00 to cover costs.
