** CHINA [and non]. CNR1 or Firedrake jammer search, May 15 at 1235-1240 finds none 12-19 MHz except:
18980, May 15 at 1242, CNR1 jammer, poor mixing with RFA Tibetan via KUWAIT, which is the Thursday (& Monday) 12-13 frequency for this per Aoki.
19000 has replaced 18980, May 15 at 1323 and 1356 chex, CCI between RFA and CNR1. 19000 is the Thursday-only frequency at 13-14.
More CNR1 jammers found May 15 before 1330:
17480, May 15 at 1324, CNR1 jammer, fair-good, echo apart from 19000
17300, May 15 at 1324, CNR1 jammer, very good; none in the 16s, but the usual inbanders on 15115, 15195, 15265
14920, May 15 at 1327, CNR1 jammer, poor
13830, May 15 at 1327, CNR1 jammer, poor with SAH

(Ivo Ivanov reports that 12105 switched to 5085 between 0605 and 0610 this date; so same transmitter?)
5085, May 15 at 1222, TOM is back on here from WTWW, playing hymn ``The Sweet Bye-and-Bye``; 1225 generic announcement from BS even spelling out O-V-E-R-C-O-M-E-R, M-I-N-I-S-T-R-Y, for his perceived woefully ignorant but not totally illiterate audience.
I force myself to listen to the substitute huxter whose name is never given, this time on 9980 WWCR at 1250 May 15 when he mentions someone having a heart attack, and his wife taking care of the burial. This is just before I am speculating on BS` fate on WOR 1721 via WRMI 9955. At 1256, 9980 inserts another recorded generic contact announcement by BS himself. This seems to happen at least twice an hour. At 1308 the other guy is mentioning how God has ``magnified`` Brother Stair like few other prophets, such as Solomon; ``pray that God gives strength to Brother Stair`` to continue, presumably as a live person, but maybe he is ailing.
Searching on Stair, and Overcomer, plus obituaries in the local newspaper, which previously published stories about Stair`s jailing for sexual offenses, http://www.colletontoday.com is completely unproductive (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

UNIDENTIFIED [and non]. 1120, May 15 at 0605 UT, romantic music in Spanish with KMOX easily nulled, otherwise making SAH of 5 Hz. Seems to alternate slow tunes with upbeat banda ones, segués, and fades during announcements. 0613 UT, ``La Nueva 11-20 AM``; next break a partial phone number (for requests?) -5100. I could not detect any certain religious overtones, tho some romantic-sounding tunes have lyrix that are axually lovesongs to Jesus.
So is it KEOR Catoosa/Tulsa (site really Sperry where we visited it), a.k.a. Radio Victoria, daytimer at night? The KMOX null to the SE is best for this, which is slightly south of east.
Or is it KTXW, Manor/Austin TX, new station from the south with 155 watts at night, which had been Spanish, but per a report in radio-insight.com was to change format May 12 to English religion, formerly on KLGO 1490? Is this confirmed around Austin?
Or neither? Anything happening with the ``silent as of Oct 2002`` (per NRC AM Log 2013) 250-watt daytimer, KLIM in Limón CO? Unlikely it`s a Mexican, as there are none in the north/east.
May 15 from 1650 to 1702 UT, I monitor by groundwave KEOR; for enough signal I have to use the caradio and drive around the block to find a quiet enough spot amid the neighborhood noise level. Mostly music which may be partly secular, one song about ``ruiseñor`` = nightingale, or were they saying ``Jesú-señor``? But after a 1656 UT ID as ``Radio Victoria, 11-20 --- esperanza``, definitely praise music with those key-shifts upward; 1701 UT ToH ID as ``Radio Victoria, KEOR, 11-20 AM, Tulsa, Oclajoma`` --- everything including the call letters pronounced only in Spanish; ads, and into talk show `Conflictos del Corazón` (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
UNIDENTIFIED. 18575-AM, May 15 at 1243, 6-note ``interval signal`` playing 18 times per minute, poor signal. Notes are: low-high-low-high-low-higher.

18575.0 Mazielka Sequence 352416 12:30z
19405.0 Mazielka Sequence 352416 12:42z
Regards Paul H S UK``
That`s a log from April 3, 2014. He doesn`t bother to explain what a Mazielka Sequence is. And the other:
``18575.0Khz am AM, Mazielka tone sequence 880, 954, 849, 914, 816, 995 Hz Russian MFA, Moscow 12:54:19UTC (2013-11-21) (mco in Portland, ME USA on StarChat#wunclub)``
Those Hz don`t match the tones I heard, as #1, 3 and 5 were the same; 2 and 4 were the same, but #6 was indeed higher.
Searching on Mazielka leads back to HF Underground, http://www.hfunderground.com/wiki/X06
including a large frequency list, but not 18575. Explains:
``The Enigma designator for the Mazielka series is X06. Mazielka is thought to be a selcall system used by the Russian MFA to alert out-stations, in advance of forthcoming messages to be sent in Crowd 36 or similar. [MFA = Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or what? Surely not Ministry of Fine Arts --- gh]
Up to 99% of these signals are sent out at random times on up to 350 different frequencies. These signals take the form of a repeated series of 6 tones (at 840, 870, 900, 930, 970, 1015 hertz) sent in 2 seconds, and in any sequence of 1-6, producing 720 variants.
These signals are largely transmitted in AM but are, generally, easier to receive in USB. Each transmission usually lasts for around 4/5 minutes. Apart from the 720 variants there are other Mazielka tone combinations of simple 2, 3 4 and 5 tones which you may hear and, of course, the frequency list covers only those frequencies where we have already logged signals.
You can expect to find Mazielka signals all the way from around 4 MHz up to 25 MHz but their random nature makes them difficult to pinpoint.
Identifying a Mazielka signal is simply a matter of reading the tones in order. For example 840 Hz (lowest tone) is designated as "1", 870 Hz as "2", 900 Hz as "3", 930 Hz as" 4", 970 Hz as "5" and 1015 Hz (the highest) as "6".
A sound file of 164532 can be found at File:164532.mp3 http://www.hfunderground.com/w/images/9/9d/164532.mp3
and a Spectral Image is available to the right on this page. 164532.jpg
X06 signals are widely heard in Europe and the Mediterranean area, and also regularly reach Argentina and occasionally Australia.``
