This sounds like more of the same screwups between DGI & RHC``
Wolfgang Büschel was also hearing RHC on 12120 some hours before I encountered it: ``12120 undoubtedly RHC La Habana HARMONIC of fundamental 6060 kHz Spanish program. S=9+10dB surprisingly signal at 0420 UT June 1st.
