17750, Dec 11 at 1410, RHC is DA, or rather just barely modulated, while 17580 really is dead air, leaving `Amigos de Cuba` to be heard on 17730. At 1413 check, 15370 also dead air, 11760 OK; 11840 plus parasitic spurs heard before 1400 are now off. If that`s really the name (they were not 100% sure), where are there Lee counties? First, don`t forget Lea County in SE NM (Hobbs, Lovington). As for Lee: AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TX, VA. That narrows it down!
We sure know why so many southern states have Lee counties, but IA? Wikipedia says: ``There is no agreement about the derivation of the name "Lee."
