New news that José Hernández Madrid sends me about the Venezuelan station R. O. C. V. 6906 kHz.

R. O. C. V. 6906 kHz, El Tigre, Anzoátegui, Venezuela, is testing now, relaying "93.7 FM Así Suena". Later, also plants to relay "La Voz del Tigre", 980 kHz.
When the test period ends, R. O. C. V, 6906 will be on air with its own program. It is not a pirate station, they are requesting permission from CONATEL (Comisión Nacional de Comunicaciones) to be on air legally.
