Indeed, presumed VOV JBA carrier measured on 9839.787, as usual on the minus side, August 6 at 1313. Aoki has room for three decimal places, but hit-and-miss, mostly missed except for Sounds of Hopes; and another VOV as 9635.789 at 2145-1600.
