Bangladesh Betar in English 1745-1900 on 13580/7250

Today March 11 Bangladesh Betar in English from 1745 to 1900 not on new 13580, but also not on "old" 7250
All India Radio in Malayalam till 1830 on 7250. Probably Bangladesh Betar used different totally new frequency!
I listened to the new frequency 13580 on March 9
