** CUBA. 6160, March 19 at 0615, S9+40 of dead air, obviously RHC on new frequency ex-6165, as Wolfgang Bueschel had just noted presumably still modulating a few minutes before 0600. At least this clears 6165 for NHK Arabic via France at 0600. What else now? Dead air also on 6060 at S9+30; 6000 and 5040 are off; 6100 is still on at 0616, but in Spanish! S9+20 and splattering +/- 15 kHz. Something`s always wrong at RHC.
Shift to 6160 also moves leapfrog mixing product: JBA carrier at 0620 March 19 on 6260, ex-6270, i.e. 6060 over 6160 another 100 kHz beyond.

But wait --- their French is just **too** good, and at 1930 timechex for UT and UT+1, as by now it is obviously RFI, as sked this hour only from Issoudun to Africa --- and no QRM from Mali, while on 5995 via UTwente nothing but a JBA carrier. In OK, 9635 is a JBA carrier.

Not a bit: if I null WCKY, I still have Spanish, presumed KGBT.
