Radio Taiwan International plans to change the transmitter provider for its german service via shortwave because of costs. Please monitor the following test transmissions: September 7th (Friday), September 8th (Saturday), September 14th (Friday) and September 15th (Saturday) each from 1900 to 1930 UTC on 5900 kHz from Kostinbrod (Bulgaria).
