** CUBA. 6000, July 16 at 1314, RHC is still on in undermodulated Spanish, but not 6100, both nominally 1300*. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** NORTH AMERICA. 6960-USB, July 16 at 0131, S9+5 pirate music, OSOB; 0141, 0146, 0150, 0152, quick synthyl announcements, ID? I never catch it clearly, partly because I am simulscanning on another receiver. These say it was Mix Radio or Mix Radio International, including SSTV:

My nearest streetlite ignites at 0151 UT causing a wideband RF burst before it`s fully illuminated. Cloudy sky at sunset, so otherwise it would have been a few minutes later. Current SS/SR times at Enid are: 0149 & 1125 UT; per gaisma.com shifting less than one minute earlier/later per noctem/diem (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** OKLAHOMA. 88.3, July 16 circa 1329 UT, surprised to hear KOSU instead of Family Radio translator for Enid, K202BY; axually it`s KOSR, the low-power KOSU 91.7 OKC relay back at nominal HQ Stillwater; not clear if K202BY off, or area tropo allowing it to overcome, but by 1400, it`s all K202BY.
Some Tulsa market TV stations are also in circa 1400 UT July 16, notably RF 20, KQCW-DT ``19`` Muskogee plugging parent station KOTV ``6``. No subchannels here, just 19-1 on CW net. It won`t have to repack, but KOTV RF 45 will go to RF 26, 19 and 30! Per rabbitears.info for Market 63: 19 and 30 will be 1 kW fill-ins, south and north of Tulsa respectively, while RF 26 will be the main channel for KOTV. All also carry KQCW-SD as 6-2 and News on Six as 6-3 (Glenn Hauser, Enid, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. WORLD OF RADIO 1938 monitoring: confirmed UT Monday July 16 from 0130.5 on WRMI 7780 S9-S7, and 5850 S9+45! I was expecting to hear an endsliver of `Rockphesy`, still on sked until 0130, but instead at 0129, there was BS on 5850 (// 7730), fortunately cutting to two canned IDs in time for WOR a semiminute past the semihour. 7780 had some music, fill?
Also confirmed UT Monday July 16 from 0300 on Area 51 webcast, and at 0327 check on WBCQ 5129.82v, poor. Also UT Monday July 16 at 0330 on WRMI 9955, good S9/+10, but as soon as WOR starts I hear some lite pulse jamming: tnx a lot, Arnie! Also confirmed after 0400 the immediate repeat on unjammed WRMI webcast only. Next:
Mon 2330 WBCQ 9330v to WSW [maybe]
Tue 0030 WRMI 7730 to WNW
Tue 2030 WRMI 7780 to NE, 5950 to WNW [or #1939?]
Tue 2130 WRMI 5950 to WNW [or #1939?]

** U S A. 9475, July 16 at 0148, WTWW-1 is still on SFAW day frequency at S9+45; while last night at 0026 it was already on night frequency 5830.
15809.9, July 16 at 0154, WTWW-3 is on but JBA S1 with rock, ``Suzy Q``, // 5085 at S9+50. Yet it`s the 19m OSOB, and consequently the SSOB (for anyone still wondering: Only, and Strongest, Station On Band) (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** U S A. 1130, July 16 at 1335 UT, KLEY Wellington KS with classic rock, normal. For some weeks now I have not caught it breaking up as it had been doing since February into June (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
UNIDENTIFIED. 9450-USB, July 16 at 0605, 2-way at VP level INTRUDING, expressing ``over`` as ``cambio``, but rest of conversation unseems Spanish or even Portuguese (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
