Off circa 1530 is sometimes normal but nominally 11-13 Arg. time = 14-16 UT; Manuel Méndez, Spain, notified me at 1451, ``Hola Glenn, me informan de Base Esperanza que están con tormenta de 80 nudos, y que en cualquier momento se puede cortar la señal.`` --- Esperanza Base informs me they have a storm with 80-knot winds and signal might be cut off at any moment`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** CUBA. 4748 & 4783 approx., July 21 at 0150, weak scratchy spurblobs minus/plus 17-18 kHz out of 4765 R. Progreso, which is active 0030-0400 only. Seems no one else reports these; no one cares about spectrum pollution from Cuba? Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba. Lower one also QRMs CODAR, but new 4790 WBCQ barely lux out, far enough away (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

Confirmed Wed July 21 at 1030 on WRMI 5850 when I happened to awaken, VG Direct.
Also confirmed Wed July 21 at 2100 on WRMI 7780, JBA direct; and ~21 seconds later on WBCQ 7490-, also JBA but slightly better than 7780. Next, and last:

UNIDENTIFIED. 6885, July 21 at 0027, JBA carrier suspect NAm pirate as a pirate frequency previously; but still at 0124, 0153, 0559! So likely something else. HFU has no reports on 6885 at this time, since July 18 in the daytime, a Radio Pushka heard via remote in NM (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
