4949.995 IND  AIR R Srinagar, very low modulation level, at 01.20 UT, S=9+15dB or -61dBm.

5040.002 IND  AIR Jeypore likely Hindi(?), S=9+10dB or -62dBm at 01.35 UT on Oct 26.

5129.936 not Bishkek, but UTE fast CW signal at 01.40 UT.
