** CUBA. 7345, Oct 3 at 0608, pulse jamming against nothing, but obviously because of the additional DRM experiment from Radio Marti, Grimesland NC, but scheduled only 17-02 UT. When that`s on, the DRM `jamming` totally obscures any Cuban response; but this shows that the Commies are worried that even a few dentro-Cubans could decode this non-standard DRM and be corrupted. All RM SW transmissions on AM remain silent after 0400 UT but more stronger jammers are also still running against nothing on 7335 & 7365. Something`s always wrong at the incompetent jamming command and with no thought of possible collateral damage (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 5025, Oct 3 at 0615, R. Rebelde is S9+30 with suptorted music, unlistenable. Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** CUBA. 15140, Oct 3 at 1504, RHC, S9+10 but suptorted, just barely modulated. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** RWANDA [non]. 15420, Saturday October 3 at 1835, talk in African language, S9/+10, the SSOB except for 15140 Cuba stronger S9+10/20 but severely suptorted, so this is the BSOB - best signal on band. It`s Radio Itakuka, weekly 1800-1859 broadcast via MADAGASCAR, and fortunately we are just a bit further away near the same direxion from Talata beaming 250 kW at 315 degrees. HFCC shows another on Fridays only at 1800-1830, same parameters: is that anything real?
