VIETNAM 12019.991 kHz Voice of Vietnam in Japanese from Son Tay bcast center, noted at 13.51 UT on fair signal S=6 in Delhi India remotedly. Scheduled 10.30-15.30 UT in various foreign languages.
KOREA D.P.R. / MONGOLIA Bad mixture and 120 Hertz buzz tone interference of VoKorea in En/Fr, and co-channel Voice of Mongolia from Ulan Bataar around 13.00 and 14.57 UT.
12014.883 kHz Ulan Bataar shifted around to 12014.874 kHz, carrier on air even around early 13.55 UT on Nov 1st, into Chinese Mandarin language service at 14.00 UT,
and co-channel 12015.003 kHz VoKOR from Kujang bcast center.
