Then I find this in classaxe.com about QD 284: ``Most often miskeys with the first dash in each character replaced with a dot. Sounds like AA S. 15Feb2020``
But not always: I have also heard correct QD. This seems about as convoluted an explanation as mine of another station lacking a pause between two letters. But pinning down the frequency to 284 implies it`s QD --- and what I heard did have a dash, overlooked in my original report, so it`s Canadian (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
