Started looking for Korean on 11 MHz, and found some on weak 11580 at 1421, but fading out by 1428. That turns out to be KTWR as already scheduled 1345-1500. Hi Glenn, To answer your question - Yes, Wai FM at 1354, but was *not* Wai FM you heard in English after 1400; instead was CRI. Daily I hear CRI after 1400 in English mixing with weaker Wai FM in vernacular on 11665. Wai FM very rarely has English; maybe a few times a year for special events (elections, etc.). Per Aoki -

Anomalies concerning Brother Scare transmissions: 9955, March 5 at 2034, WRMI with country music break while the other BS channels have BS blathering: 9930 WTWW, 9980 WWCR, 9370 WWRB. At 2035, 9955 resumes BS talk but not the same as on the others, either way out of synch or totally different feed: at the moment the Superbowl is in his future; a safe prophecy.
9955 is supposedly with BS until 2400 UT, but March 5 at 2244 and 2300+ chex, not on the air rather than emitting other/DX programming, as heard March 3, and not checked on March 4.
9930, March 6 at 1413, BS via WTWW-2 is instead open carrier/dead air with some humbuzz, altho the other WTWWs are nominal on 9475 and 12105. Shux, what are we going to do?? Can hear BS only on 9370 WWRB, 9690 WRMI, 9980 WWCR, and 13810 MBR via France (not Germany, any more, apparently, per HFCC). Left a receiver on 9930 and it`s still OC/DA past 1550.
