5990, July 9 at 1253, RHC Spanish is here instead of 6000! 5990 is supposed to be for CRI evening relays only. // 6100 on-frequency. At 1311, 5990 is still on while 6000 normally closes at 1300. At 1356, has switched to JBA 6000, still on way late, and past 1404. One of the higher frequencies must be missing. Active are 15230, 13740, 13700, 11760 at least. No spurs or mixes on 22 mb.
