Seems a bit early to me; since Cuba Revolucionaria is in lockstep with Yankee Imperialism, the end should be at 2 am local = 0600 UT.
6100 had previously closed by 0500, and 6060 and 5040 would be in English after 0500. RHC English is really on 6000 and 6125 (latter still mixed with Spain), but 6165 is off the air; unfortunately, nothing audible from CHAD or anything else. Remains to be monitored how RHC`s post-A-13 and post-DST scheduling shakes out in next few days.
