Ham Fair 2011 will be August 27-28 in Tokyo, Japan. RFA will be on hand at Ham Fair to meet DXers and radio enthusiasts. It is organized by the Japanese Amateur Radio League (JARL) and last year hosted almost 31,000. To promote this year's event, RFA is issuing a commemorative QSL which incorporates the design of our current QSL and the Ham Fair logo. This QSL will be available for a limited time and used to confirm all valid RFA reception reports from 0000 UTC on August 26 – 2400 UTC on August 29, 2011. (RFA Facebook via Alokesh Gupta VU3BSE)
