Conference - Information for Delegates
Here
is some more information on our next conference in Bucharest.
We
have scheduled a visit to Radio Romania International on the
Friday
morning
(September 10).
The
afternoon will be free for walks or visits to other radio
stations.
On
Saturdays from 09:00 we will have a tour of Bucharest, by bus
until
13
:00, then lunch in a typical restaurant of the old city (25 euro for
the
visit and around 10 euro for lunch).
The
usual EDXC banquet will be on Saturday evening.
On
Sunday afternoon, we will have the opportunity to make another
visit
(optional,
Communist Bucharest, or hidden Bucharest), if necessary tell
me
your choice and if you want to participate. The price will depend
on the
number of participants.
Finally
for friends who wish to stay in Romania at least until
Tuesday
September
15. We can make another visit on Monday September 14th. Visit
to
Brasov and Dracula Castle, the whole day for 60 euros, lunch
included.
For
room reservations, tell me as soon as possible if you intend
to
participate
in this conference.
I
need the number of participants, choice of rooms and number of
nights.

reminder that the Conference and accommodation venue is the Parliament
Hotel

The
price of the rooms is about 75 euro (double / twin) and 60 euro (single) each
night. All with breakfast included.
In
case of numerous arrivals on Thursday, we can organize a
joint
transfer
by bus for 5 euros.
