Heard via SDR Kiwi remote receiver in Switzerland. Here in Lugo only weak carrier. Tomorrow if on air, I will try to hear it in Friol, where conditions are much better than here in Lugo.
CONGO, Democratic Republic, 6210.19, Radio Kahuzi, Bukavu, 1640-1710 , 18-01, Frech, comments, mentioned "Congo", "Les Congolais", at 1700 English, religious comments. At first fair signal but now deteriorated and became almost inaudible.

CONGO D.R. 6210.189 1/2 kHz measured at 17.32 UT on Jan 18, signal strength here in southern Germany, Stuttgart or also in Bavaria SDR, at S=6 or -93dBm, little fluttery signal, but not annoying.
Sounded like SPEECH to crowd discussion broadcast transmission.
