11830 & 11840 & 11850, Nov 27 at 1400, RHC with QSY announcement: going off now are 13670 and 11650; continuing until 16 are 17730, 15230, 15370, 11760 and 9535 --- omitting the very frequencies I am listening to! Which stay on with news. At 1412 check, I find 17580 on but NOT 17730; 11650 and unmentioned 11840 and 11950 are still on too. By 1510 rerecheck, 17730 has finally replaced 17580. Something`s always wrong at RHC. There is a severe disconnect between what they say in the studio and what they do at the transmitters.
