music at S9+20, covers at least 6202-6208 with no central carrier detectable. I
suspect it`s RNA, the 6180 transmitter way out of whack again, and soon confirm
that by // 11780 modulation pauses and peaks, which itself is sufficient but
weaker than usual.
Then at 0601 I check 6180, and find not only VOA São
Tomé in French, but slightly on the hi side as usual, about 6180.01, a second
remnant very weak signal also here from RNA barely // 11780! (BTW, don`t you
believe a report in the NASWA Flashsheet of July 10 that Portuguese after 0500
on 6180 was MWV Madagascar.)
As I write this after 2130 UT July 19, night
has fallen over Brasília, so be on the lookout for the 6205 blob or anywhere

15149.878, July 19 at 1449, JBA carrier catches my ear since it`s so far
off-frequency. Per Aoki, during this semihour, both R. Tamazuj via VATICAN, and
AWR in ``Pwo`` via SRI LANKA are scheduled. HFCC however shows the site for
Tamazuj as GERMANY. Whichever, the one far more likely to be off-frequency is
Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, now that it`s no longer run by Germans. Pwo is a dialect
of Karen spoken in Myanmar and Thailand, per EiBi (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX
