not its Tuesday siesta; unusual now for this sole RFI English hour direct to be
audible at all. My previous comment about their being ``clueless`` reached Susan
Owensby who fired back at me, but then a friendly exchange explaining that her
parents were both from Muskogee, so that could explain it. She is now aware of
DXLD for info about RFI transmissions which the staff may not be officially
informed about by management. Her next `Sound Kitchen` presumably airs on the UT

ending at 0200:23! VOG theme, I Foni Tis Helladas, Greek announcement mentions
Makedonias, so is it relaying that program? Guess not as then ID ``Edho
Athinai`` rather than Thessaloniki. Good signal, yet nothing from 9330 WBCQ

Nov 26 at 2232, checking out the Pirate Joe Thanksgiving special that Larry Will
notified us about on WBCQ, ``Lonesome Traveler`` song. Supposed to be on Area 51
webcast too, but no connexion there, some error message about java, which I
don`t normally get. Not really needed since 5109.7 signal is propagating well
this early. 2245 says was Bill Boyd & Cowboy Ramblers with ``Tin Roof
Blues``, on the Pirate Joe Country Music Show, Blues and R&B Extravaganzo on
WHVW 950 and WBCQ SW 5110. Then spends a few minutes hunting for info about the
song, the year recorded, and back-announces some more, including ``Rock of My
Soul``. 2251, Bob Wills, ``Red Hot Needle``; 2258 ``Dixie``, 2300 legal ID for
both stations and into ``Evening Concert`` of classical music, background about
first piece to be an Ignaz Moscheles piano concerto; sponsored by a life
insurance agency. Very well, but all this does not seem to be about Thanksgiving
in particular. Supposed to continue until 0100.
5109.70-CUSB, UT Fri Nov
27 after 0200 UT is again with new show `Just Right`, leading with background
explanation by two guys conversing. Seems this was originally on the 6 kW, 94.9
MHz student station at the University of Western Ontario in London, CHRW, ``Your
Cure for Corporate Radio``, but the GM banned them for anti-Islamic stance,
which continues to be the main point of the broadcast now on SW courtesy of
WBCQ. Refers to their website http://www.justrightmedia.org
where
there is a very large archive of this and previous broadcasts: ``Not right
*wing* --- JUST RIGHT hosted by Robert Metz and Robert Vaughan`` with a very
wide variety of subjects. Not part of Area 51, so something else is on the A51
webcast. This is audible while WOR on WBCQ 9330 is not – if we keep to that

WTWW-3 on air, call-in to 973-506-8442, about the ``Montauk Chronicles``,
interview with film-maker Christopher about alien abduxions, etc. Suggests that
all science fiction is really true, implanted by the aliens to confuse us. No
breaks at all for ads, not even for 1400 hourtop ID past 1415. Refers to http://unknownoriginsradio.com
That site confirms, just as I suspected, that we`re listening to the
Dark Matters Radio Network, which WTWW failed to turn off at 0800 UT following
Art Bell! Must have been on all night with whatever DMRN was feeding, but UOR is
originally webcast Thursdays at 8-10 pm ET = UT Fridays 01-03, and obviously not
formatted for real broadcasts requiring station IDs. Details of latest show 5.42
are not yet posted.
Meanwhile, at 1420 Nov 27, WTWW-1 is MISSING from
5830 and 9475, while WTWW-3 is on 12105 already at 1459 with S9+10 open carrier
--- a time it is not supposed to be on at all. Maybe that never went off last
night at 0200, altho hardly propagating overnight, after having been dead air
yesterday afternoon too. When all three WTWW transmitters are out of whack, we
can`t help but wonder if Ted Randall, who has been ailing, is all right,
obviously no one at the controls. At 1455 I am still hearing 5085, and at 1508
it`s still the same concerning 12105 on, 9475 off. Recheck at 1739, 9475 is now
on with PPPP, 12105 is still on with OC, and can`t hear 5085 whether it is on or

Italian announcement from Vatican Radio about special broadcast covering the
Pope in Entebbe Uganda; and on to same announcement in other languages, 1507
English, 1508 French, rotating; still not underway at 1517 when the English
``about to broadcast live`` canned announcement runs again, mentioning 21550 in
English, 21570 in French, 21560 in Portuguese, and like yesterday the latter two
are just barely audible here while 21550 is inbooming, so not all from SMG site?
The VR special schedule as of yesterday said this would start at 1445 today, but

from the S Korean numbers station which was on for hours and hours yesterday
playing one song over and over. Numerous carriers, a few with audio are found on
60m frequencies mostly corresponding to Tibet, India, China, Indonesia, between
1336 and 1346 Nov 27: 4869.99, 4895, 4880, 4850, 4820, 4810, 4800, 4749.94
Indonesian, 4920, 4950, 4970, 4980, 5006 = Japan?, 5010, 5040, 5050, 5060. It
goes without mentioning that relatively bigsigs from 4835 Australia and 4940

2-way in rapid colloquial Spanish, contacts at about equal strength, quick
cambios. Hard for me to follow, but mentions frijoles, guarda-costas, puta ---
so bean smugglers? Something about changing to 35 (secret frequency designator?)

much of western Oklahoma, an ice storm is building up. As of 1745 UT Nov 27
here, trees and powerlines are icing up, and it`s windy. This is supposed to
continue another 24 hours, so we may well lose power, no telling for how long.

for a while. OG&E Systemwatch shows growing power outages in the Enid area
