probably Canary Islands; then check 1520 KOKC at 0240 and a JBA het there too
from 1521, presumably Saudi Arabia. Seeking beyond mere 1 kHz hets, I try 783,
and find a carrier there too, probably Mauritania. But can`t get any audio out
